A private ranch in Utah has been the subject of decades of reported anomalous phenomena — lights, alleged animal mutilations, and unexplained physical effects — that attracted formal, funded scientific investigation first by entrepreneur Robert Bigelow’s NIDS, later by BAASS under the DIA-funded AAWSAP contract, and most recently by a television documentary series.
Assessment
Despite extensive instrumentation and years of study, no peer-reviewed, independently replicated scientific finding has been published substantiating the more extraordinary claims associated with the property; researchers involved, including James Lacatski and Colm Kelleher, have published popular books describing internal findings, but the underlying data has not been made available for independent scientific verification.
