Robert Bigelow is an American aerospace and hotel-industry entrepreneur who has funded some of the largest private and Pentagon-contracted UAP research efforts of the past three decades, including studies at Skinwalker Ranch Phenomena through his National Institute for Discovery Science and later the government-funded AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program).
Assessment
Bigelow has stated in televised interviews that he is personally convinced UFOs represent genuine extraterrestrial visitation, a personal conviction that goes beyond the more cautious institutional conclusions of the programs he has funded, including those led by James Lacatski and Colm Kelleher.
