James Lacatski is a former Defense Intelligence Agency official who managed AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program), the Pentagon-funded research effort run through contractor Robert Bigelow‘s company beginning in 2008.
Assessment
Lacatski later co-authored a book with Colm Kelleher advancing claims about government knowledge of recovered non-human craft, claims that, as with those of David Grusch, remain uncorroborated by publicly released physical evidence.
