Overall assessment
Assessment. The Puerto Rico case, with a destroyer’s radar tracking a contact at over 4,000 mph for 21 minutes, is one of the most interesting genuinely new historical cases in PURSUE. The AC-130 sighting began right after a flare drop, which points to an ordinary explanation. The Bahia records show U.S. officials debunking a crash story in 1963.
