George Knapp

George Knapp is an Emmy-winning investigative journalist at Las Vegas television station KLAS who first brought Bob Lazar‘s Bob Lazar’s Area 51 Claims to public attention in 1989 and who has spent decades subsequently reporting on the Skinwalker Ranch Phenomena alongside researcher Colm Kelleher.

Assessment

Knapp’s sustained, credentialed local-television career gives his decades of reporting a degree of institutional continuity uncommon in the field, even though the underlying claims he has covered, including Lazar’s, remain largely unverified.
