| Location | Pascagoula, Mississippi, U.S. |
| Type | Abduction |

| Key witnesses | Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker |
| Status | Unexplained / Disputed |
Shipyard workers Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker reported being paralyzed and floated aboard a hovering craft by three claw-handed, robotic-looking beings, examined, and then released; both men were visibly shaken when interviewed by police shortly afterward and were separately given a covert audio-recorded interview by skeptical investigators.
Assessment
A recording of the two men left briefly alone by investigators, made without their knowledge, captured them consistently reaffirming their story rather than plotting a hoax, a detail widely cited by researchers as bolstering credibility; a polygraph administered to Hickson was inconclusive, and Parker experienced a psychological breakdown shortly after. The case remains among the most discussed unexplained abduction claims.
